Festival Judges

Glen Baggerly

PK is a locally born screen actor and film lover. As a teenager, he found a passion for action movies, specifically the works of Jerry Bruckheimer and Michael Bay. After many years of a traditional academic path, PK ventured into the filmmaking space through a fortunate sequence of events and began working on short film projects with local directors and creators, eventually signing film, commercial, and print representation with Option Model and Media in Portland, OR. Upon completing his doctorate and multiple commercial campaigns in early 2021, PK began spending more time in Los Angeles, CA and signed with Coast-to-Coast Talent, now splitting his time between the two locations. He is a fan of Glen Powell, citing his dedication to the craft and project choices, as well as Christopher Nolan for his cutting-edge technique and ability to integrate multiple facets of a story into a cohesive and compelling narrative.

P. K. Glazer

Chris Tongue discovered his love of storytelling making videos for school projects at Lake Oswego High School. He pursued that passion to Los Angeles, studying film production at Chapman University before joining Dark Horse Entertainment, the film and television branch of Dark Horse Comics, in 2003. Over the two decades Chris has worn a lot of different hats, working on everything from development of movies such as the Hellboy franchise to helping produce The Umbrella Academy series on Netflix.  When the pandemic hit and everyone was told to work from home, Chris took that very literally and moved home to Portland, where he’s happily raising his family and continuing his film and TV work through the magic of Zoom from Dark Horse's publishing offices in Milwaukie.

Paul Sobrie

Paul is a Belgian/US citizen who has worked as an actor for 15 years.  He appeared in multiple local productions in the Pacific Northwest, including appearances in the popular television show Grimm, feature films, and short film productions as well as performing in commercial and industrial work.  Paul’s primary acting passion takes place on the stage where he has performed in more than twenty theater productions in the Seattle area.  He moved back to Belgium in 2023 where his acting career continues. Since arriving in Paul has worked in commercials and in May 2026 will appear in director Peter Shaffer’s Amadeus stage production in Antwerp’s historic Fakkeltheater.
